Swedish children believe that stepping on a manhole cover with the letter K on it gives you luck in love, because the swedish word for love, Kärlek (pronounced "cher-leahk"), begins with a K. This became an idea for a carpet, and a few months later Little Frogs entered the carpet business.

The carpets have since been featured in interior design magazines such as Elle Interiör, Plaza Interiör, Leva & bo, QX, GP, Svenska Dagbladet, Aftonbladet, Vi i Villa, Dagens Industri and on Channel 5's Home Styling. K-carpets are now sold in several design stores in Sweden.
